First Round Playoff Matchups Announced

The Iowa High School Athletic Association released the list of First Round Playoff Matchups this morning on their website, and our own Dallon Christensen has picked through them and decided what games we're covering. All games are on Wednesday Night, October 29th starting at 7:00 PM. We'll be on the air with the Pre-Game Shows at 6:30 PM.

On ESPN 93.5 and ESPN935.com, Dallon Christensen will travel with the Davenport Assumption Knights to Solon, where they'll face the 8-1 Spartans.

On 1170 AM K-BOB, Jim Taylor will be at North Scott as the Lancers host Dubuque Hempstead. The Lancers finished the regular season 7-2, while the Hempstead Mustangs finished 6-3.

On QCSportsNet.com, Marco LaNave will be at Pleasant Valley as they host Cedar Rapids Prairie. PV is 6-3, Prairie is 4-5.

and Also on QCSportsNet.com, Mitch Widmeier will be at Bettendorf as the undefeated Bulldogs host the Jayhawks from Cedar Rapids Jefferson. Jefferson is 4-5.
