Last week was a rough one for Iowa and Iowa State fans.

The Hawkeyes got a scare from unranked Minnesota before falling to cellar-dwellers Penn State, while the Cyclones gave up 100 points in a loss to Baylor.

The struggles caused both teams to drop in this week's AP Men's College Basketball poll.

Iowa fell from 4th to 8th while Iowa State is now 17th after being 14th last week.

The Cyclones look to get back on track tonight at West Virginia (8 p.m./1170 KBOB).  The Hawkeyes next host Wisconsin Wednesday night (8 p.m./Big Ten Network).

Elsewhere, Villanova is spending their 3rd straight week on the top spot.  Kansas is 2nd while Virginia and Oklahoma are tied for #3.  The Big Ten has five teams in this week's top 25.
