No, it's not a horror flick but there will be blood at this movie. The Putnam Museum is teaming up with the Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center to host Donor and a Movie, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m, Sat. June 30.

Stop by the Putnam Museum, give blood and get a free movie ticket + a "Give to Live" shirt. According to MVRBC, blood donations drop during the summer months while regular blood donors go on vacations. They're reminding us there's an increased need for type O and B blood right now.

You can make an appointment here or simply stop by the Putnam on Saturday.
