Former BYU Player Gets Bucket List Wish

Former BYU Basketball player, Melanie Days, says that when she was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer and given two to three years to live that she decided to live each day as it was her last.

She was doubtful, however, that her wish to see North Carolina play basketball at Duke would come true. Especially when tickets for one of college basketball's biggest marquee games were for sale on line for $17,000.

But the story doesn't end there. According to a story from our news partner WQAD TV 8, with the help and generosity of a lot of people, including Duke's legendary Coach Krzyzewski, Melanie is going to the game.
