Earlier this week I wrote about six dogs facing euthanasia at an over-crowded animal shelter in Texas who were brought to a Quad City animal shelter.

King's Harvest Pet Rescue took the sick in and began to nurse them back to health. According to an OurQuadCities.com article, the dogs are ready for adoption. They will need to take medication for a few weeks, but all meds will be provided to the adopted families.

Once the dogs are adopted the shelter director says they'll take in more displaced animals from shelters in Texas. You can follow the shelter on social media here.

The no-kill rescue center is still in need of donations for medical care. You can donate here.
