Iowa State Basketball 4th in Latest Top 25 Poll

While many eyes are on Iowa City and what's happening with the Hawkeye football team, there's a pretty good basketball team down there in Ames.

The Iowa State basketball team is undefeated (6-0) and moved up to #4 in the latest USA Today Coaches Top 25 poll.

Coming off a season that saw the Cyclones win the Big 12 tournament, there's plenty of expecation for this year's team.

The Cyclones take on Buffalo tonight at 7:30 before facing Iowa Thursday at 6 in the Iowa Corn Cy-Hawk Series.
