On Sunday night, the Superstars of the WWE entertained WWE fans from the Quad Cities and ALL over the world.  The WWE Network went LIVE to show the final three matches of the event- highlighted by The Shield vs Baron Corbin, Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley.

This is a matter of beta testing for the WWE.  The WWE has never streamlined a house show in the history of the network and if the numbers show it is worth the production, they may streamline house shows on the network more often.

The WWE and the TaxSlayer Center were nice enough to allow me to photograph the show.  It was an incredible experience and I am not going to lie, I marked out a little for The Shield and Elias.

Let's get to it.

THE GOOD

Picking the good is hard because the card was entertaining from start to finish.  I will pick 2 good from both portions of the show:

Ricochet and Alister Black.  These performers are the next up and coming stars of the WWE.  Right now they are stuck in tag team competition but that is OK.  It gets them over with the crowd without developing individual characters or storylines.  That will come soon enough.

Alexa Bliss and Lacey Evans heeling up to the crowd.  Nothing better than a good old fashioned heel on the microphone calling people ugly and disgusting.  It made me laugh and made the kids BOO and HISS!

Elias.  Again, a heel with a microphone.  Only this time, he has a guitar, too and sings about how bad your town is.  Then he gets interrupted by the babyface- this time it was Finn Balor.

Tonight is the last night of the Shield here in Moline.

That is too bad because this is the dumpiest town I have ever seen.

The Shield's Last Stand.  I mean, come on, it was Seth Rollins in his hometown and wrestling with his Hounds of Justice brothers.

Huge, huge, huge pops.  And it was LIVE on the WWE Network.

THE BAD

If I was forced to pick something it would be the booking of Bayley and Ember Moon vs The Riot Squad. before the main event.  I get there are some issues with the "Legit Boss" Sasha Banks but this would have been a better time to put the triple threat tag team match of The Rival vs Ricochet and Black vs Champions Curt Hawkins & Zack Ryder.

THE BORING

Nothing.  It really was not boring at all.  The WWE put together a great house show.  Every fan went home happy and I am sure they created some new lifelong fans on Sunday night.

Hoping they can do the same on Friday night at the Davenport River Center when WWE NXT has an event there.

Post main event youtube clips of Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose talking to the Quad City WWE fans.
